📍 Location: Oklahoma City, OK 73102

💼 Job Type: Contract

⏳ Duration: 6–12 months, with option to extend (maximum 12 months)

🕐 Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)

🎤 Interview: Required | Interview expected within 1 week

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain EHR training materials and assist with staff training.
• Develop and maintain workflow documentation and procedures.
• Review vendor release notes and assess their impact on EHR operations.
• Recommend EHR system and workflow improvements.
• Track requested changes and new EHR requirements from concept through implementation.
• Coordinate testing and implementation of EHR changes with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with EHR vendor application support teams.
• Serve as an escalation point for EHR-related questions and issues.
• Respond to escalated EHR help desk tickets.
• Troubleshoot and document EHR application issues and coordinate fixes with the vendor.
• Maintain change logs for interfaces, codes, configurations, and supporting tables.
• Develop and maintain role-based security profiles.
• Participate in EHR governance activities and other assigned projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Information Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Development, Management, Project Management, Public Health, Nursing, Business, or a related field.
• 3 years of relevant experience, OR
• Associate’s degree plus 5 additional years of relevant experience.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience working with EHR systems, workflows, implementations, or application support is highly desirable.
• On-site presence is required.
