Job Description:         Req # 15515 - Business Analyst 3
Desired Start Date:  4/13/2026
End Date:        1/4/2027
Remote Work Permitted:    No

• On-site role at WHQ; typical work hours, 4/1 hybrid model
• ETW will help cover FTE parental leave, extension possible but not guaranteed
• Degree preferred, not a hard requirement
• 3-5 years' minimum experience required in an analyst role

 
Top must-have skills include the following:

• Experienced with SQL, Databricks, Excel, and Tableau
• Problem solving and data storytelling skills to translate business challenges into actionable insights
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively across different platforms
• Detail-oriented

 
Desired soft skills:

• Ability to be curious and ask questions
• Self starter, doesn't wait to be told what to do
• Ability to build relationships/trust with teammates quickly
• Flexible, can work in ambiguity

 

• Previous Nike supply chain experience will be HIGHLY prioritized; HM wants to consider those candidates first and foremost before moving to those without prior Nike experience
• Python coding skills would also be helpful in this role
• ETW will help support work related to DCs closing; will help team with moving inventory into new buildings, order book cleanup, inventory relocation, data reporting, and more
• Will work on a direct team of about :3 others; lots of cross functional work in this role
• If candidate has previous Nike experience, please ensure that their previous manager's name is listed on their resume so the HM can follow up on performance feedback
• HM anticipates 2-3 rounds of interviews
