Job Title: Chemical Operator

Location: Greenville, OH

Duration: 12 months temp to hire

Shift Timing: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing or production environment
• Basic computer skills (SAP knowledge preferred)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Strong work ethic with focus on safety, attendance, and housekeeping

Key Responsibilities

• Operate chemical processing equipment including milling, mulling, spheroidizing, and blending systems
• Handle raw materials and finished products (drums, sacks, etc.)
• Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and hand trucks
• Support batch production processes and assist team members as needed
• Complete daily production and operational documentation accurately
• Monitor processes and troubleshoot basic equipment issues
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Follow all safety protocols and properly use personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Identify and report safety concerns or violations
