What You’ll Do
- Lead project planning, execution, and delivery for industrial and manufacturing projects
- Act as the main point of contact for Engineering, Sales, Operations, and Customers
- Maintain communication and alignment across departments on project scope, milestones, and deliverables
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and performance tracking
- Collaborate with Supply Chain to identify and manage long-lead items
- Conduct regular project status updates, reporting progress and risk mitigation plans
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure all work adheres to safety, quality, and compliance standards
- Proven experience managing manufacturing or industrial projects from concept through completion
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a team-oriented mindset
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, and other project management tools
- Ability to analyze data, solve problems, and make timely decisions
- Understanding of manufacturing supply chains or air cooler systems a plus
- PMP® Certification preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related technical field
- 5-8 years of project management experience, ideally in manufacturing or industrial operations

Salary : $115,000 - $120,000
