What You’ll Do:
🎓 Education: Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or related discipline
📜 Licensure: PE or EIT in Oklahoma or eligible via comity
🛠️ Experience: At least 1-2 years in civil infrastructure design (transportation infrastructure or water resources)
💻 Software: Strong in Civil 3D; knowledge of Bluebeam, Mosaic, and stormwater modeling tools preferred
🗣️ Communication: Confident with both internal team leadership and client-facing work

- Design Leadership: Lead civil site designs for public projects — including roadways, drainage, stormwater systems, and grading
- Project Ownership: Manage work from scoping to delivery; own budgets, timelines, and quality
- Team Mentorship: Support junior engineers and drafters; review work and guide their technical development
- Client Collaboration: Meet with municipalities, DOT, and stakeholders to align on technical direction and expectations
- Field Work: Conduct occasional site visits to validate designs and provide construction-phase support
- Software Mastery: Use Civil 3D and related tools to produce complete, high-quality plan sets
🎓 Education: Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or related discipline
