Assembly Specialist

Pay Rate: $18.00 - $25.00 / DOE

Shifts-

1st 7:00 am- 3:30 pm

2nd 3:00 pm- 11:30 pm

What You'll Do:

• Assemble components, subassemblies, and finished products with precision and pride.
• Work confidently with hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment in a safe, supportive environment.
• Inspect your work as you go — because quality starts with you.
• Speak up about material shortages, defects, or issues so production never misses a beat.
• Keep production and quality documentation up-to-date and accurate.
• Take ownership of your workspace: clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow safety procedures and wear protective equipment — your safety matters here.
• Share your ideas to improve processes and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with teammates to hit production goals and keep our customers smiling.
  
  

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is helpful, but we'll provide hands-on training for motivated individuals.
• Ability to read and follow instructions, diagrams, and basic engineering drawings.
• Mechanical aptitude and confidence using tools and equipment.
• Strong focus on quality, accuracy, and doing the job right the first time.
• Solid communication skills and a true team-player mindset.
• Reliability — consistent attendance and punctuality are a must.
