What You’ll Do:

- Support development of project plans, schedules, and resource needs connected to production timelines
- Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Procurement, and Quality to align on scope and deliverables
- Maintain schedules, project trackers, and status reports in project management and ERP/MRP systems
- Share updates with stakeholders and escalate risks or issues impacting timeline or materials
- Assist with tracking costs and supporting procurement of materials and services tied to projects
- Support adherence to manufacturing, safety, and quality standards
🏠Manufacturing Environment Experience (Required):
- Prior experience supporting projects in a plant, shop floor, or industrial production environment
- Proficiency using project tools such as MS Project or Smartsheet, plus exposure to ERP/MRP systems (SAP or similar)
- Experience working with technical and production-focused teams
- Able to manage multiple timelines and details tied to real production schedules
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain or related (or equivalent experience)
- 2 years of project coordination in manufacturing / industrial settings (not office-only)

Salary : $80,000 - $85,000
