Overview
We are looking for an experienced Site Project Controls Manager to support the effective planning, monitoring, and reporting of cost, schedule, progress, and change activities on a large‑scale advanced manufacturing project.
This role provides on‑site leadership for project controls functions and ensures that performance information is accurate, consistent, and aligned to established execution frameworks. The individual will collaborate closely with delivery teams, engineering partners, and construction contractors to support informed decision‑making, while maintaining strong standards around data governance, reporting integrity, and performance measurement.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee site‑level project controls processes, including routine reporting cycles (weekly and monthly)
- Manage progress measurement methodologies, earned value analysis, change tracking, and risk inputs
- Maintain integrated cost and schedule baselines in alignment with approved work packaging strategies and progress measurement criteria
- Prepare clear, executive‑ready performance summaries, including schedule, cost, forecast outlooks, trend analysis, and recommended actions
- Support consistency, traceability, and audit readiness across project controls data and systems
- Partner with site leadership to provide objective insights, schedule assessments, and risk considerations to support ongoing execution
Required Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 15 years in Project Controls, including large industrial or manufacturing projects
- 10 years supporting multi‑billion‑dollar programs (Energy, Oil & Gas, Semiconductor)
- Strong expertise in EVM, AWP, and Owner‑side EPC oversight
- Proven ability to translate complex data into executive‑level insights
Preferred
- AACE (CCP/CEP) or PMI (PMP/PMI‑SP) certification
- Experience in multi‑prime delivery environments
- Familiarity with Procore, Aconex, Power BI, or similar PMIS platforms
