Primary Purpose

This position manages and leads the Account Resolutions Department. Provide high level of customer service to both external and internal customers while protecting the accounts receivable and maximizing cash collection.

Essential Functions

• Responsible for the collection and management of the company’s Accounts Receivable.
• Lead and develop the team of Account Resolution Specialists to drive down delinquency
  
  

and DSO. Implement expectations, teach and track results to manage accountability.

• Ability to create an environment that encourages and rewards teamwork and
  
  

collaboration.

• Implement and manage processes to reduce bad debt
• Monitor and negotiate the resolution of high balance and severely delinquent accounts
• Establish relationships with Operations and Sales leaders to coordinate efforts for
  
  

resolution

• Monitor all customer bankruptcies to minimize financial loss
• Support team with special projects and workflow process improvements
• Perform other duties as assigned

This position has supervisory responsibilities for the Account Resolutions team.

Salary Range

$73,500.00 – $106,600.00 / year

At United Site Services, our salary ranges reflect the minimum and maximum base pay for the posted position applicable to all locations across the US. Within the posted salary range, individual pay is determined by the geographic location, job related skills, experience, education, and certifications. Our total compensation package includes base pay plus a comprehensive benefits program.
