Title: JUNIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER

What You'll Be Doing:
Client & Contractor Engagement – Act as the go-to contact for both clients and contractors, ensuring smooth communication and consistent delivery of top-tier service.
Recruitment Delivery – Source, interview, and place highly skilled technical professionals across contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent roles within Oil & Gas.
Account Support & Growth – Partner with the Account Manager to drive business development, secure key meetings, and identify new project opportunities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with internal departments to resolve complex issues, streamline onboarding, and ensure 100% compliance for all new starters.
Market Intelligence & Networking – Attend industry events, gather insights, and share valuable information to support account growth and enhance sector knowledge.
Proposal & Bid Support – Contribute to client proposals, tenders, and bids by preparing key documentation and supporting commercial efforts.
Performance Reporting – Produce regular reports on account activity and performance to meet internal and client expectations.
Contractor Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, ensuring NES Fircroft remains their agency of choice.
Global Collaboration – Support regional and global teams in identifying new opportunities and expanding NES Fircroft’s international footprint.
What We’re Looking For:
- 0–1 years of experience in recruitment, sales, or account support or a recent graduate looking for their first role
- Strong communication skills – confident, clear, and professional.
