Control Systems Engineer

I’m working with a growing systems integration company delivering automation projects across a range of industrial environments. They’re looking for someone who can take ownership of PLC programming, system design, and project delivery end-to-end.
This isn’t a maintenance role, you’ll be involved from design through to commissioning, working across different projects, industries, and technologies.
What you’ll be doing:
- Programming PLCs, primarily using Rockwell and Siemens platforms
- Developing HMI/SCADA systems for control and visualization
- Supporting integration, testing, and commissioning activities
- Troubleshooting and optimizing live systems
- Working closely with internal teams and clients to deliver projects
What they’re looking for:
- Experience with PLC programming and industrial control systems
- Ability to read electrical drawings and control schematics
- Background in industrial automation or manufacturing environments
- Comfortable managing multiple projects
Nice to have:
- SCADA or industrial networking experience
- Exposure to electrical design or panel layout
- Commissioning or startup experience
