Key Responsibilities
🌐 Network & Infrastructure Management
- Design & Implement: Lead the architecture, deployment, and maintenance of comprehensive network, voice, and data center infrastructure (including LAN, WAN, WiFi, and PBX systems).
- Performance & Security: Oversee daily operations to ensure maximum availability, performance, and ironclad security.
- Lifecycle Maintenance: Execute hardware, OS, application updates, patches, and rigorous operating system hardening.
- Capacity Planning: Proactively forecast and implement capacity upgrades and expansions to support organizational growth.
⚙️ Technical Operations & Project Leadership
- Expert Troubleshooting: Act as the escalation point for complex network and infrastructure issues to minimize downtime.
- Project Delivery: Design and lead end-to-end infrastructure projects, managing timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Vendor & Asset Management: Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, and support services. Assist with physical IT hardware deployment and storage equipment troubleshooting.
- Operational Readiness: Participate in an on-call rotation and lead planned, after-hours infrastructure interventions when necessary.

- Stakeholder Alignment: Build strong partnerships across internal IT and business teams to coordinate impactful platform changes.
- Fiscal Responsibility: Oversee the infrastructure operational budget and provide strategic insights for capital budget planning.

Candidate Requirements
