We are hiring a Field Engineer with 2–5 years of IT support experience to provide onsite operational and infrastructure support in airport and office environments. This role involves desktop support, IMAC activities, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, supporting network devices, kiosks, display systems, peripherals, and other IT equipment.


Requirements:


• 2–5 years of IT/Desktop Support experience


• Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware/software issues

• Knowledge of Windows, MS Office, Outlook, and peripherals

• Experience with network/server support preferred

• A Certification highly preferred

• Excellent communication skills



Additional Info:


• Travel to nearby airports may be required


• Occasional overnight travel, weekend, and off-hours support required

• Previous airline/airport experience is a plus
