Summary

Responsible for the complete quality recruitment of all temporary workers at the client by providing a full-time presence dedicated to excellent customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities

The following reflects management’s definition of essential functions for this job but does not restrict the tasks that may be assigned. Management may assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time due to reasonable accommodation or other reasons.
• Acts as liaison between client’s employees/managers (order sources) and all temporary services.
• Teams with branch recruiters to develop business processes that provide ultimate service to candidates and clients.
• Oversees entire cycle of recruiting process; arranges interviews when necessary for temporary job candidates; schedules assessments, conducts orientations, conducts assessments, administers background checks, documents processes.
• Ensures temporary employees have appropriate skills for the designated assignment through dialog with branch staff or associate vendors.
• Ensures all temporary employees assigned to client are properly oriented to client’s facilities, processes and procedures.
• Properly documents, and ensures accurate government compliance of, candidate and client information data entry into database.
• Prepares weekly, monthly and/or quarterly reports as needed.
• Processes all paperwork related to temporary employees.
• Provides administrative support to check and audit billing reports and temporary employee timecards as needed.
• Provides problem resolution services for temporary employees. Resolves all employee relations issues per the procedures established by NELSON, the associate vendor and the client.
• Demonstrates knowledge of staffing industry practices.
• Possesses knowledge of prevalent industry and business climate within the region including local competition.
• Performs other duties as assigned by manager.

Qualifications
• Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent.
• One to two years related experience or equivalent.
• Demonstrated proficiency in supervising and motivating subordinates.
• Commitment to excellence and high standards.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
• Acute attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to deal effectively with a variety of individuals at all organizational levels.

• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions.
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively in person, on the phone, electronically, or through other means to individuals and groups.

Physical/Mental Requirements
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to do the following:
• Accurately complete detailed forms and reports
• Coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously
• Understand and respond to a diverse population
• Some travel may be required between client sites. A clean DMV record is required.

Work Environment
• Works in an office environment where temperatures are comfortable and noise level is low to moderate
• When traveling to client locations, can encounter varying work environments and conditions

Pay Range: $25.00 - $27.00/hour
