Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The incumbent must be able to perform this position safely, without endangering the health or safety of him or herself or others. Current California driver’s license and a vehicle with appropriate insurance coverage if required to drive in the course of performing assigned duties and responsibilities. Excellent organizational and time management skills.


Education And/or Experience:

3 to 5 years lending or credit experience in a financial service organization of similar size and complexity. Undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university in Business, Finance, or Economics, or the equivalent experience.

Must possess working knowledge of SBA policies/software


Language Skills:

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence for review and understanding by bank management. Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions and instruct others. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.  Ability to read, analyze and interpret credit /financial data.


Mathematical Skills:

Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals; locate routine mathematical errors; compute rate, ratio and percent.


Reasoning Ability:

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.


Computer Skills:

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have an advanced knowledge of Excel, Word, Moody’s, T-Soft, Ncino, PCFS, Financial Tools and other bank software applications as needed.

Basic typing skills to meet production needs of this position.

Salary : $95,000 - $125,000
