Summary
As a Universal Banker at Neighborhood National Bank, you will be the face of our bank, providing exceptional customer service while handling transactions efficiently. This role is vital in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining the integrity of our banking operations. This position will float between our Mora location and Coborns location.
Responsibilities
· Ability to perform cash handling functions on the front line to include handling, counting, and balancing on a daily basis
· Provide an exceptional level of customer service in person, via email and via the phone to meet and exceed customer’s expectations
· Maintain knowledge of current procedures as well as a current product and services handbook
· Assist in assigned internal projects and processes
· Have an in-depth understanding of electronic banking products
· Maintain a high level of accuracy, timeliness and attention to detail
· Be a physical presence at the bank and have both regular and reliable attendance
· Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; previous experience in banking or financial services is preferred.
- Strong math skills with attention to detail for accurate cash handling.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Familiarity with financial software is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.47 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week
