REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 1 year of Credit Union or customer service experience, or Degree in related field
- Commercial Lending experience preferred
- Working knowledge in Microsoft Office including Excel
- Ability to quickly learn lending systems and software
- Strong multi-tasking and time management skills, ability to manage loan requests and work within timeframes
- Professional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to work independently while displaying initiative and decision-making
- Ability to interface with members in a positive manner with empathy, courtesy and tact
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Displays a high level of professionalism
- Dependable; punctual and regular attendance
- Ability to work well in a team environment and support the credit union’s mission and values
JOB SUMMARY:
- Prepare financial reports and analysis, assisting with loan recommendation
- Maintain real estate, business/commercial files to ensure order and accuracy, verifying that all documents have been properly executed and recorded
- Process business credit card requests, input and order cards as needed
- Process and finalize business and commercial loan requests
- Process annual reviews both internal and external; maintain monthly spreadsheet
- Assist members with annual financial requests and any loan-related questions and concerns, providing signature service and support throughout the loan process.
- Develop working knowledge of credit union lending systems
- Ensure compliance with licensing requirements by maintaining an up-to-date license through the National Mortgage Licensing Registry.

Location: Administration (Port Neches)
Hours: Scheduled for 40-hours per week: Monday through Friday 8:15AM to 5:15PM
