What are the responsibilities and job description for the Student Member Service Representative position at Neches Federal Credit Union?

ADDITIONAL REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Cash handling, customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work well in a team environment and support the credit union’s mission and values
- Dependable; punctual and regular attendance
JOB SUMMARY:
- Processing member transactions, i.e. deposits, withdrawals, transfers, cashing checks and loan payments etc. Issuing cashier checks as needed
- Responsible for balancing drawer
- Represent Neches FCU at School Branch while educating and informing the school community about our products and services available at the Branch
Classification: Non-Exempt
Location: Port Neches-Groves High School Branch
Hours: Morning or Afternoon shift during school hours, subject to approval through the work program. ** May require after-hours availability for Neches FCU Youth events.
Students who apply and meet the qualifications through the Work Program will be notified via email and text message. In-person interviews will be held at our Administration Building in Port Neches. Selected candidates will begin training in July 2027.
