Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive, individualized patient care using established nursing models (Assess, Perform, Teach, Manage)
- Serve as a patient advocate, ensuring a positive and supportive care experience
- Perform clinical procedures and monitor patients as directed by providers
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in medical records
- Monitor and manage patient pain levels effectively
- Anticipate patient needs and respond proactively
- Educate patients and families on medical conditions, treatments, and post-care management
- Communicate complex medical information in a clear and understandable manner
Required Qualifications
- Diploma in Registered Nursing
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
Certifications (Required Timeline)
- BLS & ACLS – within 30 days of hire
- PALS or ENPC – within 6 months of hire
- Nonviolent Crisis Intervention – within 6 months of hire
- TNCC – within 1 year of hire
