Job Title: Occupational Therapist (OT)
Location: Belle Fourche, SD
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
- Day Shift
- 38 Hours Guaranteed
- 5x8 Shifts
Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility / Long Term Care
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment in a supportive rehabilitation setting.
- Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
- Provide occupational therapy services to improve mobility, strength, and daily living skills
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support patient recovery goals
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques and rehabilitation goals
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and therapy records
- Active South Dakota OT license required
- Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or Long Term Care preferred
- Strong communication and patient care skills required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a rehabilitation team
- New graduates may be considered
