Position Summary
A leading healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to oversee daily clinical operations within outpatient clinic services.
This role is responsible for planning, directing, coordinating, and evaluating nursing activities to ensure high-quality, efficient patient care. The Nurse Manager collaborates closely with clinic leadership and interdisciplinary teams to enhance family medicine services and improve health outcomes across the communities served.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage day-to-day nursing operations in outpatient clinics
- Collaborate with clinic leadership to improve service delivery
- Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulations
- Support quality, cost-effective patient care initiatives
- Supervise, mentor, and develop nursing staff
- Coordinate care across the patient continuum
QualificationsEducation
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- BSN required
- MSN or related Master’s degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years of progressive nursing leadership/management experience
- At least 3 years of clinical nursing experience preferred
- Equivalent related experience may be considered
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (state-specific requirement)
- Current BLS certification
- Must maintain all required competencies
