We are seeking a Director, Foundry Device Engineering to lead the Foundry Device Engineering organization and execute the technology transfer of SiC and GaN technologies from R&D to manufacturing.

We are seeking a Director, Foundry Device Engineering to lead the Foundry Device Engineering organization and execute the technology transfer of SiC and GaN technologies from R&D to manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Lead transfer of SiC and GaN technologies from R&D into qualified, high-volume manufacturing.
- Oversee the Safe Launch strategy and manage manufacturing ramp-up governance.
- Define and approve manufacturing readiness
- Lead yield optimization and reliability tracking.
- Partner with Product and Test Engineering on screening and yield limits.
- Partner with Quality team on foundry PCN review and qualification governance.
- Lead foundry technical reviews.
- Build and develop the Foundry Device Engineering organization.
Required Qualifications
- MS or PhD Electrical Engineering
- 10 years of power semiconductor process & device engineering experience.
- Strong device physics background & TCAD experience
- Experience with SiC and/or GaN technologies is preferred.
- Deep expertise in SPC, DOE, Cpk analysis, FMEA, control plans, and yield analytics
- Ability to make data-driven decisions
- Experience leading technical teams.
- Direct experience working with external foundries & managing technical engagements.
