Hiring a Sr. Superintendent for an established General Constractor to lead field ops on midrise multifamily and mixed-use projects!


Title: Sr. Superintendent

Location: Chicago, IL

Salary:$140K–$150K full benefits potential bonus


RESPONSIBILITIES:

▸ Manage crews, coordinate subs, drive schedule

▸ Safety compliance, inspections, code adherence

▸ Quality control, punch list, spec adherence

▸ Coordinate with PMs on RFIs, submittals, change orders

▸ Liaise with architects, engineers, and owner reps


REQUIREMENTS:

▸ 10 years superintendent experience — commercial or multifamily

▸ Strong drawings/specs/contract document fluency

▸ Procore or Bluebeam experience a plus

▸ OSHA 30 preferred

Salary : $140,000 - $150,000
