We’re partnering with a well-established construction and facility services organization to hire a Regional Operations Leader to oversee a dynamic portfolio of projects and teams.
Title: General Manager - Construction
Salary: $165,000–$200,000
Location: Hybrid - Northern California (San Francisco to Sacramento)
Responsibilities:
- Lead regional field and administrative operations
- Own project financials, including estimating oversight, cost control, billing, and collections
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards
- Build, mentor, and manage high-performing teams Partner with sales and operations to solve complex project and client challenges
- Manage vendors, subcontractors, and client relationships
- Review contracts, job progress, and weekly operational performance
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong construction operations leadership experience (multi-family preferred)
- Proven success managing teams and multiple projects Solid understanding of P&L and project financials
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
