Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Construction Manager located in Pasadena CA. The Construction Manager will assist us in rebuilding the communities devastated by wildfires in 2025, overseeing and organizing multiple construction projects similtainiously, ensure compliance with safety standards, manage budgets, and establish project timelines. Responsibilities include scheduling & supervising project teams and trade partners while maintaining project control, monitoring on-site activities, liaising with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring the completion of projects according to scope and budget.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills and experience in managing teams effectively
- Proactive scheduling and communicaton with trade partners
- Proficiency in Budgeting and financial control for construction projects
- Knowledge and application of Construction Safety protocols and procedures
- Extensive experience in Construction and Project Control
- Fire damage repair experience is a plus.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Proficient in construction management software and tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
- Preference for hiring an applicant that is local-native to LA County.
- Relevant certifications in construction or project management are an advantage.
