Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist with 5 years of progressive human resources experience to support and manage a broad range of HR functions. This role requires a well-rounded professional who can operate independently, partner with leadership, and contribute to a positive and compliant workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving issues
- Administer and maintain HR policies, ensuring compliance with applicable employment laws
- Oversee benefits administration, enrollments, and employee communications
- Support payroll processes and ensure accuracy of employee data
- Maintain HRIS systems and employee records
- Lead performance management processes including reviews and disciplinary actions
- Coordinate training and development initiatives
- Assist with compliance, audits, and reporting requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 5 years of HR Generalist or related experience
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Proficiency in ADP, Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
Preferred Qualifications:
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR)
- Experience supporting multi-state or complex workforces
