Job Title: Head of Royalties

Overview:
Seeking an experienced Head of Royalties to manage all royalty accounting and reporting for entertainment clients. This role involves overseeing a team, ensuring accurate statements, and optimizing royalty income.
Responsibilities:
- Manage royalty calculations, payments, reconciliations, and reporting.
- Review client agreements and ensure compliance with contract terms.
- Prepare and address inquiries on detailed royalty statements.
- Lead and mentor a small team of royalty specialists.
- Collaborate with internal accounting and external partners.
- Implement and improve royalty management processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
- 7 years in royalty accounting or entertainment finance.
- Strong knowledge of contracts, licensing, and royalty structures.
- Leadership experience with excellent analytical and communication skills.
Salary : $150,000 - $200,000
