Summary

You will serve as a MANAGEMENT & PROGRAM ANALYST in the Environmental Division of NAVFAC NORTHWEST.

Duties

You will review and analyze submissions for assigned programs to ensure resources requested accurately reflect and justify requirements.You will determine program goals and objectives that need additional emphasis and recommend the best approach to meet program requirementsYou will define, identify, research, and develop documents and data required for data calls by headquarters.You will analyze and review budget related procedures to provide recommendations based on the results of such analyses addressing manpower systems and budget procedure modifications.You will provides metrics to monitor, manage, and substantiate the effectiveness of the respective core Business Lines, Product Lines and other program products and services.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09/11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Developing program and financial planning justification and documentation for current and future federal budget submissions; 2) Identifying and conducting special studies to resolve variances or solve complex problems, to include personnel tracking, various visual aids and training/credentialing, etc.; 3) Providing analytical, effective orally and written communications; 4) Providing management with documents and data for data calls; and 5) Interpreting and implementing new or revised budget regulations from various sources and prepare instructions.
