Contract Specialist

We are currently looking for motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as entry-level Contract Specialists.

Our Contract Specialists are integral to our mission, providing essential procurement and acquisition support for a wide range of projects. You will receive comprehensive training and hands-on professional development while directly supporting and safeguarding our nation's defense infrastructure. As an entry-level Contract Specialist, you will:

• Learn and apply federal acquisition regulations to procure essential goods and services.
• Develop and prepare solicitation documents, including requests for proposals and invitations for bids.
• Evaluate contract proposals, negotiate terms, and award contracts to responsible contractors.
• Administer contracts from award to closeout, ensuring compliance with all terms, conditions, and regulations.
• Collaborate with technical and project management teams to define requirements and ensure successful project delivery.

Key Position Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution (minimum 2.95 GPA).
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a SECRET Clearance.
• A US Citizen aged 18 or older at time of hire.
• Males registered or exempt from Selective Service (www.sss.gov).
• Determined suitable for federal employment (process includes a background check and fingerprinting).
• Resume must explicitly address: Customer Service, Written Communication, and Accountability.
