As an entry-level Contract Specialist, you will:
- Learn and apply federal acquisition regulations to procure essential goods and services.
- Develop and prepare solicitation documents, including requests for proposals and invitations for bids.
- Evaluate contract proposals, negotiate terms, and award contracts to responsible contractors.
- Administer contracts from award to closeout, ensuring compliance with all terms, conditions, and regulations.
- Collaborate with technical and project management teams to define requirements and ensure successful project delivery.
Key Position Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution (minimum 2.95 GPA).
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a SECRET Clearance.
- A US Citizen aged 18 or older at time of hire.
- Males registered or exempt from Selective Service (www.sss.gov).
- Determined suitable for federal employment (process includes a background check and fingerprinting).
