For our experienced professionals, we are seeking Journey-Level Human Resources Specialists (Labor & Employee Relations) to promote workforce stability, compliance, and effective management-labor partnerships. In this role, you will act as the primary advisor to supervisors and senior executives on leave, quality of life matters, performance management, complex conduct, and labor relations. You will represent the agency's interests in third-party proceedings, manage grievance processes, and negotiate collective bargaining agreements, ensuring a fair, legally compliant, and high-performing work environment.

We are also recruiting a Journey-Level Human Resources Specialist (Recruitment/Staffing & Classification) to serve as a strategic partner to leadership.
