Position Duties/Responsibilities
- You will serve as a subject matter expert on managing, developing, and testing Radar, Antenna, Electronics Warfare Systems, and related avionics systems/components.
- You will perform systems engineering research, development, and life-cycle support to accomplish avionics system program goals and objectives.
- You will oversee and assign work assignments to subordinates, based on organizational priorities, selective consideration of difficulty and requirements of assignments, and/or capabilities of employees.
- You will provide project/program management to meet cost, schedule, and performance requirements for avionics system project/program.
- You will function as a liaison with internal and external contacts to ensure assigned program needs are addressed and program goals are met.
- You will give advice, counsel, or instruction to employees on both work and administrative matters.
