- You will assign work to artisans through subordinate leaders indicating methods and equipment to be used.
- You will track and monitor all work in assigned areas, looking for cost overruns, inefficiency, incorrect workload standards, training, deficiencies, support deficiencies, etc.
- You will take steps to resolve problems by determining the cause, finding solutions and taking corrective action.
- You will observe work in progress to ensure on time completion and verify the quality going into the product.
- You will maintain administrative records for employees to include time and attendance, man hours expended and labor attestations.
- You will participate in the hiring or promotion process of candidates by serving as a rating panel member or serving as an EEO representative.
