The USN Estimating and Repair Supervisor is a full-time remote position, responsible for estimating and managing repair and maintenance projects associated with U.S. Navy contracts and other industries served by EDDY Pump Corporation. This role includes managing project timelines, coordinating with teams to ensure the successful execution of repair operations, utilizing engineering expertise for problem-solving, and collaborating with clients to meet their specific requirements.
- Strong background in Mechanical Engineering and Engineering Management.
- Proven experience in Project Management and Team Leadership, ensuring project success and fostering team collaboration.
- Proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) for developing and reviewing technical drawings.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with U.S. Navy repair standards and procedures is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; advanced certifications in project or engineering management are beneficial.
