Transportation Company located near CVG requires an accounting clerk to assist with accounts payable and other data entry due to expanding business in the logistics field covering national and international carriers and customers.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare checks and processing vendor payments via QuickBooks software.
- Assist with invoice processing and billing tasks
- Handle basic bookkeeping duties, such as recording expenses.
- Perform general clerical duties, such as data entry, filing, and document organization.
- Assist in managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma with experience but some college preferred
- Proven experience in an office payable role.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Good verbal and written communication abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative tasks.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
