Primary Responsibilities
Data Entry Support
- Enter employee data into ADP Workforce Now, including updates, changes, terminations, and document uploads.
- Maintain accurate and confidential digital employee files.
- Assist with basic benefits-related tasks as assigned.
- Work with the Onboarding Specialist to support new hire data input and processing.
- Respond to phone calls, HR inbox messages, and verification of employment (VOE) requests.
- Provide helpful, friendly, and timely support to employees and applicants.
- Assist with new hire paperwork and onboarding communication.
- Perform general administrative duties using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Assist payroll with documentation and file management as needed.
- Organize and maintain HR documents and department files.
- Troubleshoot minor issues and collaborate with HR team members on solutions.
- Support special projects and additional HR tasks when needed.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
- Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- 2–4 years of office or administrative experience with strong data entry skills OR recent college graduate with HR-related coursework.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
- No previous HR experience required.
- A combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Full-Time, Hourly: $20–$24 per hour (based on experience).
