Overall Responsibility:

We are seeking a Business Development Specialist to join our team at our Ft. Lauderdale, FL office. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business by reaching out to potential clients, handling broker inquiries and requests, and managing broker loan information. You will also be responsible for generating interest in refinance, purchase, or investment opportunities and following up with brokers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct inside sales outreach and make cold calls to potential clients;

• Handle broker inquiries and requests;

• Manage broker refinance, purchase, or investment inquiries;

• Generate interest in refinance, purchase, or investment opportunities;

• Follow up with brokers.

Qualifications

• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software programs;

• Strong self-organization skills with great attention to detail;

• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change;

• Excellent customer service skills;

• Ability to act as a team player.
