Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine patrols to monitor premises and ensure safety.
- Observe and report any suspicious activities or security breaches.
- Enforce site policies and procedures to maintain a secure environment.
- Assist with access control and ensure only authorized individuals enter restricted areas.
- Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies, providing clear communication to necessary personnel.
- Maintain detailed and accurate reports of daily activities and incidents.
- Provide excellent customer service while ensuring the safety of staff, visitors, and clients.
- Monitor surveillance systems and perform regular checks of facilities.
- Assist in implementing loss prevention strategies as needed.
- Previous security experience preferred but not required.
- Excellent observation and reporting skills.
- Strong communication and conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
- Physical fitness to perform duties, including patrolling and standing for extended periods.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
