Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed estimates including labor, materials, equipment, and overhead costs.
- Demonstrate expertise in commercial roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, built-up).
- Maintain strong client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Ensure all estimates meet industry standards and safety compliance.
- Stay current on pricing, market trends, and manufacturer requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and suppliers to meet specifications.
- Minimum 5 years of commercial roofing estimating experience (residential-only experience not considered).
- Proficient in computerized estimating software; Edge Estimating preferred.
- Strong understanding of roofing system design, installation codes, and warranty requirements.
- Excellent analytical, mathematical, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.
- Full-time, salaried position: $85K–$125K DOE.
