Open Roles
Line Cooks (Grill, Sauté, Fry, Pantry)
Prep Cooks / Production Cooks
Dishwashers
[Optional: Sushi Cook/Roller,Expeditor]
What You’ll Do (role-agnostic core expectations)
Execute recipes to spec with speed, accuracy, and clean station habits
Uphold food safety, temp logs, FIFO, and sanitation standards at all times
Communicate clearly, support your team, and take pride in plate presentation
Maintain prep par levels and follow opening/closing checklists
Help control waste and protect food cost with smart portioning and labeling
What We’re Looking For
Recent BOH experience preferred (we’ll train the right attitude)
Sense of urgency, reliability, and great knife/station skills (role-dependent)
Ability to lift 35–50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in a fast pace
Food Safety knowledge; ServSafe a plus (required for Sous/Lead)
Weekend/holiday availability in rotation
