Overview
This role supports a Processing Manager and the Processing team by keeping calendars, communication, training coordination, and reporting organized and running smoothly. You’ll help create structure and flow within the department through consistent tracking, clear announcements, and strong follow-through.

Responsibilities
You will organize emails, coordinate meetings and trainings, track training and communication activity, create reports to support compliance tracking for processors, and help draft and send announcements and materials to the Processing team. You will also support the Processing Manager with day-to-day administrative tasks and help build organization and workflow within the department.

Qualifications
You have strong organizational skills and strong written/verbal communication. You are comfortable working independently in a remote setting, learn quickly, and can manage multiple priorities with consistent follow-through. You are proficient in Outlook and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams). Mortgage experience and/or Encompass exposure is a plus.
