Position: Mortgage Pipeline Manager
Location: Remote (U.S.-based)
Compensation: $70,000 base salary incentives ($100,000 potential)
our client is seeking a Mortgage Pipeline Manager to own the most critical stage of the loan lifecycle — from contract to closing.
This role exists to protect deals. You’ll step in when files stall, tensions rise, or communication breaks down. You’ll work across borrowers, Realtors, processors, and internal teams to keep loans moving, timelines intact, and everyone aligned.
This is a processing role and oversight, problem-solving, and de-escalation position for someone who understands how loans actually get to the closing table.
Responsibilities:
• Own active files from contract through closing
• Monitor pipeline to ensure files move quickly and cleanly
• Identify issues early and drive solutions
• De-escalate borrower, agent, or partner concerns
• Act as a liaison between buyers, sellers, Realtors, and internal teams
• Translate complex mortgage details into clear, client-friendly communication
• Support processors by keeping timelines on track
• Step in as the voice of reassurance when deals go off-course
Requirements:
• Strong understanding of loan structuring and guidelines
• Experience managing loans from contract to close
• Ability to balance diplomacy with results
• Exceptional communication and situational awareness
• Calm under pressure; confident handling escalations
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, high-volume environment
• Broker channel experience a plus
