Operations Manager- DSCR Lending
Compensation: $110,000 – $140,000 total compensation (base bonus)
Our client is seeking an experienced mortgage operations leader to help oversee and scale their DSCR loan department. This individual will be responsible for managing the full operational lifecycle of DSCR loans, including underwriting, processing, and closing.
This is a leadership role focused on execution, accountability, workflow management, and process improvement. The right person will ensure loans move efficiently through the pipeline while maintaining strong credit quality, compliance, and service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations for DSCR loan processing, underwriting, and closing
• Manage pipeline flow, turn times, escalations, and interdepartmental communication
• Lead and develop team members across operations functions
• Ensure adherence to DSCR guidelines, investor requirements, and internal policies
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements
• Partner with sales and leadership to support growth while maintaining quality control
Qualifications:
• Proven management experience within mortgage operations
• Strong hands-on experience with DSCR lending or traditional mortgage underwriting
• Deep understanding of mortgage workflows from intake through funding
• Ability to drive performance, accountability, and operational efficiency
• Experience interpreting guidelines and managing credit quality
Work Model: Onsite preferred, flexibility may be considered for the right candidate.
Compensation: $110,000 – $140,000 total compensation, depending on experience and scope.
