Call Center Loan Officer (Mortgage Analyst) – In-Office | Pittsburgh, PA or Charlotte, NC
Our client, a well-established mortgage lender, is seeking Call Center Loan Officers (Mortgage Analysts) to join their team. This is a great opportunity for both licensed and unlicensed candidates who are hungry to learn, earn, and grow in mortgage sales. The role offers a strong training program, access to inbound leads from dialers, and support to obtain your NMLS license if needed.

Primarily refinance business from dialers, with purchase opportunities

No existing book of business required

Extensive training program with strong management support

W-2 role with full benefits
Compensation
-
8-month ramp up: $48,000 base 20–40 bps

Low producer 2–3 units/month

High producer 6–7 units/month

After ramp up, can choose:

$13/hr advance on commission with 90–110 bps ( 20 bps if self-sourced), OR
-
Stay with original monthly salary plus

Training & Support

Managed by a Pod Manager (4 Mortgage Analysts per pod) for 4–8 months

Comprehensive training program

Support provided for obtaining NMLS license if not already licensed
Requirements

Licensed or unlicensed (support to obtain NMLS provided)

Sales-oriented, competitive, and motivated to succeed

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Comfortable working in a high-volume, call center environment
