As a Litigation Paralegal, you’ll be the backbone of our legal team, helping with everything from case management and e-filing to drafting pleadings and discovery documents. You’ll work alongside attorneys, ensuring every detail is covered in state and federal cases.

As a Litigation Paralegal, you’ll be the backbone of our legal team, helping with everything from case management and e-filing to drafting pleadings and discovery documents. You’ll work alongside attorneys, ensuring every detail is covered in state and federal cases.
What You'll Do
- Manage case files and databases
- Draft and respond to discovery requests (interrogatories, production, admissions)
- Prepare pleadings, subpoenas, and trial documents
- E-file documents in both state and federal courts
- Communicate with clients and attorneys like a pro
- A Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Paralegal Studies (or a Paralegal Certificate)
- 2-3 years of litigation experience at a law firm
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with great organizational skills
- Experience with case management tools (Prolaw, Time Matters or Clio is a plus!)
