Position: Associate Attorney
Personal Injury experience is a plus.
Responsibilities May Include, But Are Not Limited To
Communicate with clients from the initial consult through the conclusion of the client’s matter.
Prepare for and attend client meetings, mediation, hearings, and trials.
Manage case files and maintain accurate records and logs.
Pay: $120,000

Position: Associate Attorney
- Practice areas of focus:
Personal Injury experience is a plus.
Responsibilities May Include, But Are Not Limited To
- Assist in the intake process of new clients;
- Represent clients in all aspects of family law and criminal law cases.
Communicate with clients from the initial consult through the conclusion of the client’s matter.
Prepare for and attend client meetings, mediation, hearings, and trials.
Manage case files and maintain accurate records and logs.
- Manage cases from intake to settlement;
- Draft letters, demands, briefs, memorandums, discovery, and other legal documents; and,
- Responding to law enforcement officer critical incidents.
- 150 billable hours per month.
- At least 2 years of experience in family and criminal law required.
- Proficient in legal research and drafting legal documents.
- Familiar with the Utah rules of Civil Procedure, Criminal Procedure, and Evidence.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Pay: $120,000
