Key Responsibilities
- Review, draft, and negotiate contracts including independent contractor agreements, vendor contracts, and service agreements
- Support compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Assist in employment law matters and internal policy development
- Provide legal insight on company operations, risk mitigation, and business decisions
- Support handling of disputes and coordinate with external legal counsel when needed
- Maintain and organize legal documentation and ensure timely renewals and filings
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in UTAH
- 0–3 years of relevant legal experience
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with contract law, employment law, and small business legal issues a plus
