Lockbox Support Specialist
- Act as primary liaison post-sale to ensure proper set up and support of all new and existing lockbox customers
- Account opening and on-going account maintenance
- Research and troubleshoot customer issues
- Engage with third-party lockbox vendors
- Support and assist team operations in projects and assignments 100%
Minimum Qualifications:
3 years financial services experience preferred
Deposit account servicing experience
Customer service experience
Property management industry knowledge
Cash management product knowledge
Payments industry knowledge
Ability to multi-task
Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
Knowledge of property management industry
Well organized
Strong customer service skills
Strong communication skills
