What you will do:
- Lead and supervise prep cooks, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and accurately
- Prepare ingredients such as salsas, marinades, vegetables, meats, and other items according to recipes and specifications
- Ensure all food prep meets quality, portion, and presentation standards
- Organize and label prepped items for easy access and storage
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen and prep area
- Monitor inventory and assist with receiving and stocking deliveries
- Follow all health and safety regulations and kitchen procedures
- Communicate effectively with the back-of-house team and management
- Butcher meat
