Key Responsibilities π§π
- Provide day-to-day technical support via ticketing system, email, instant message, and phone
- Install, configure, support, and upgrade desktop systems, software, peripherals, and related equipment
- Follow up on open issues to ensure timely resolution and high user satisfaction
- Proactively identify opportunities to streamline and automate IT support processes
- Manage and monitor internal IT assets to maintain accurate inventory records
- Set up and manage user access, hardware, and systems as part of employee onboarding and offboarding
- Provide facilities-related IT support, including telecom and internet service providers
- Support conference room audio/visual equipment as needed
- Travel to company locations and provide after-hours support when required
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Basic understanding of corporate IT systems, infrastructure, and technology solutions
- Strong ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical users
- Experience supporting multiple operating systems:
- Windows
- Mac OSX
- Linux distributions (Debian/Ubuntu, RedHat/CentOS, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with computer hardware, mobile devices (iOS & Android), and peripherals such as printers, scanners, and multi-function devices
- Self-starter who requires minimal supervision and demonstrates strong problem-solving skills
- Resourceful, customer-focused, and able to thrive in a team-oriented environment
Salary : $60,000 - $75,000
