๐ง How Youโll Make an Impact
๐ Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Perform journal entries and assist with monthly financial reporting.
- Analyze account details for accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare account analysis and reconciliations for month-end close.
- Complete payroll schedules and journalize entries.
- Manage reporting for 401(k) contributions.
- Prepare and process commission reports and payments.
- Prepare and complete bank reconciliations.
- Manage credit card expense reconciliations and disbursements.
- Enter and post miscellaneous AP transactions, including invoice processing.
- Prepare and submit beverage tax returns and additional local agency filings.
- Support year-end audit needs and provide requested documentation.
- Assist on ad-hoc financial projects and process improvement initiatives.
- You have a BS degree in Accounting (required).
- You bring 7 years of experience in accounting, ideally with a large company or manufacturer/distributor.
- You have advanced Excel skills and strong general bookkeeping knowledge.
- You have experience with monthly tax return submissions.
- Youโre detail-oriented, organized, and analytical.
- Experience with Concur is a strong bonus.
